Immediately After Worship
What is hospitality to you?
Picture yourself having people over for a get together. You’ve invited, they come. So prepared safe, clean, pleasant area to meet in is the first step.
1. Set up: Making sure restrooms and entryway are clean prepared and inviting, set up tables chairs, any décor for the day etc.
2. Greetings coffee center: Make the coffee and set out the supplies.
3. Parking lot-greeters-security: We need to direct people who aren’t quite sure where they are going, and we can see a potential problem prior to a possible incident.
4. Greetings between the doors.: Hand out welcome bags and get their first name. Point toward the restrooms and introduce them to the coffee station.
5. Coffee station chats gets coffee.: Tea, hot chocolate, etc. and then point them towards a chair or to the kids area.
6. Take down crew.
Then coming in the future
Parties, potluck, special occasions.
This will require different types of helpers such as kitchen or grillers, table crew,
Runners for various items
So if you are interested in any of the above areas to help out no small task will go unappreciated.
September 21, after church clean up. There will be a couple tables set up to meet for a few minutes after worship. We would love for you join us!
