Our ability to feel things is one of the greatest gifts we have. Emotions make the good things in life better and sometimes the bad things worse.
Joy, sadness, elation, regret. Our emotions can be all over the place and no stronger for many of us than they are right now.
When we read throughout the New Testament, we find that Jesus felt many of the same emotions that we do like frustration, anger, sadness, anxiety as well as jubilation, hope and love.
Understanding ourselves and how we feel helps us to understand how God made us and where we should go when the world seems upside down.
Join us for a new series on emotions, how Jesus felt them and how he taught us to use them.
