Who We Are

Journey is the result of a community of people who were passionate about following Jesus and not simply attending church. Authentic faith was the seed of what was to become Journey Church. Others with a similar passion joined together to launch our first worship experience in January, 2008.

We didn’t have a band, a worship leader, or big financial backing, just a vision for a new faith community in Chattanooga that welcomed people from all backgrounds.  Our hope for you is that you will experience the freedom of knowing Jesus Christ and that we can help you grow as His disciple.
